Subscription: Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Don’t worry, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the subscription renewal date via your CLEO account portal

1. Click on “Login/Register” in the menu bar

2. Log into your CLEO account

3. Click “Your Subscriptions,” find the subscription you wish to cancel, and click “View”

4. In the Order page, click “Cancel” (under Actions) 

Unfortunately our platform does not support skipping a shipment at this time. However, you can update your delivery frequency at any time before your next subscription renewal date. 

You can change your shipping address anytime before the subscription renewal date. 

To change your shipping address:

1. Click on “Login/Register” in the menu bar

2. Log into your CLEO account

3. Click “Your Subscriptions,” find the subscription you wish to cancel, and click “View”

4. In the Order page, click “Change address” (under Actions) 

5. Update your shipping address and click “Save address” at the bottom of the page

You can update your payment method at any time before the subscription renewal date.

To update your payment method: 

1. Click on “Login/Register” in the menu bar

2. Log into your CLEO account

3. Click “Your Subscriptions,” find the subscription you wish to cancel, and click “View”

4. In the Order page, click “Change payment” (under Actions) 

5. Input your new payment details and click “Change Payment Method”

Yes! You can increase or decrease your subscription quantity at any time before the subscription renewal date.

To change the number of items in your subscription?

1. Click on “Login/Register” in the menu bar

2. Log into your CLEO account

3. Click “Your Subscriptions,” find the subscription you wish to cancel, and click “View”

4. In the Order page, click “Upgrade or Downgrade” (under Subscription Totals, next to the subscription item)

5. Choose your updated subscription quantity, make sure the delivery frequency matches your desired subscription frequency, and click “Add to Cart”

6. Check out as usual (the total will be $0.00). Your subscription will now reflect the updated quantity

 

Unfortunately our platform does not support changing the types of items in your subscription at this time.

If you would like to add an item to your subscription, create a new subscription for that item. Both subscriptions can be managed easily via your CLEO Account Portal.

To remove an item from your subscription, cancel your existing subscription and create a new subscription only with the items you wish to continue receiving.

Yes! You can change the frequency of your deliveries anytime before the next subscription renewal date.

To update your delivery frequency:

1. Click on “Login/Register” in the menu bar

2. Log into your CLEO account

3. Click “Your Subscriptions,” find the subscription you wish to cancel, and click “View”

4. In the Order page, click “Upgrade or Downgrade” (under Subscription Totals, next to the subscription item)

5. Choose your updated delivery frequency, make sure the quantity matches your desired subscription quantity, and click “Add to Cart.”

6. Check out as usual (the total will be $0.00). Your subscription will now reflect the updated quantity

If you forgot your account password, click on “Login/Register” and click on the “Lost your password?” button.

Enter the username or email address associated with your CLEO account and click “Reset password”

Check your email for instructions.

If you’ve forgotten your CLEO account email or username, try searching your email for “Your CLEO Account Has Been Created.”
