CLEO Shipping & Returns Policies
How will I be notified after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Product tracking information will be sent after the order has been processed and shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri).
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, we offer Standard, Priority, 2-Day, and Next-Day Shipping.
We offer free Standard shipping for orders over $50 and free Priority shipping for orders over $80.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. states where edible CBD or Delta-8 are legally permitted.
Though hemp (the plant from which our CBD and Delta-8 inputs are derived) is federally legal, some states have chosen to implement state-specific restrictions.
Can I update an order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately it is not possible to update an order after it is placed in most cases. However, it is possible to return unopened products for a full refund (excl. return shipping).
If you wish to make an update within 1-2 hours of placing an order, please email [email protected] with your order number. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel an order after it is placed. However, it is possible to return unopened products for a full refund (excl. return shipping).
To return an order, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, CLEO will exchange your item at no additional cost to you. Claims must be processed within 72 hours of order delivery.
To process a claim, please email [email protected] with your order number, a full description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible.
If the claim is for an incorrect order, we may request that you return the incorrect product with a prepaid shipping label.
Do you have a return policy?
CLEO accepts returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Due to the variability in CBD and Delta-8 experience from consumer to consumer, we are not able to offer money back guarantees.
If you would like to process a return, please email us with your order number at [email protected]. We always strive to improve our products and customer experience, so we would appreciate as much detail as possible regarding why you are not satisfied with the product.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label. Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
When will I receive my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, though in most cases payment will arrive much sooner. This delay allows for shipping time, return processing, and payment processing through your bank.
